‘Vintage watch’ loosely describes any second-hand watch, although the years 1920 to 1960 are roughly defined as the wristwatch’s glory days. This is a classification that price happily follows. The high-end watch market is now split into four : the traditional Swiss watchmakers, the Jewellers, the lifestyle brands, and the luxury and fashion houses.
